I also want to thank you for appointing TSP to detect the leak and relay a new pipe. I appreciated the intelligent way, through a process of elimination, that the leak was detected, and the efficient way a new pipe was laid.
I also thank Tim for the courtesy he showed to me, explaining the problem and how he would put it right. This involved him coming up nearly 100 steps to the house, often wet and wintry conditions.
